Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Good Booth LLC ("Good Booth," "we," "us," or "our") operates good-booth.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form or book a call, we collect the information you enter. That typically includes your name, work email address, company name, revenue range, and any description you provide of what you are trying to solve. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics providers automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and how long you stay. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card data, precise geolocation, or health information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, and communicate with you about our services. If you opt in, we may add you to a mailing list and send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

We use automatically collected information to understand how the site is used, measure which content and traffic sources perform, diagnose technical problems, and improve the site.

Categories of third parties we share with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf:

  • Website hosting and forms — Squarespace, Inc., which hosts the site, processes form submissions, and provides built-in analytics.

  • Analytics — Google LLC, through Google Analytics.

  • Email and productivity — Google LLC, through Google Workspace, which we use for email.

  • Scheduling — Calendly LLC. If you book a call through a Calendly link or embed on our site, Calendly collects your name, email address, time zone, and any answers you give on the booking form, and sets its own cookies.

  • Email marketing — if you opt in to a mailing list, the provider we use to send those messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies set by Squarespace, by Google Analytics, and by Calendly where a booking page is embedded or linked. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a site recognize a returning visitor and measure usage.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to interpret those signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals or alter our data collection based on them.

Third-party tracking across other sites

Third parties, including Google Analytics, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. We do not control that collection.

Reviewing and changing your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@good-booth.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Because the personal information you can review and change is information you gave us directly, the fastest way to change what we hold is to tell us what to change.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and engagement information for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any resulting engagement, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the providers named above.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

California privacy rights

This policy is intended to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579).

Good Booth LLC does not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). If that changes, we will update this policy to include the additional disclosures those laws require.
